Anti-Spam Policy

I. Policy Statement
Section titled “I. Policy Statement”Kvmcloud Network CO., LIMITED operates a zero-tolerance anti-spam policy for all services provided under the IX.CM brand.
Use of our infrastructure for spam transmission, unsolicited bulk email (UBE), or activities that degrade our network reputation will result in immediate service termination without refund.
Governing Law: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
II. Definitions

| Blacklist | Third-party databases (Spamhaus, SORBS, SpamCop) listing IPs associated with spam activity. |
| Open Relay | Unauthorized use of mail servers to forward third-party messages. |
III. Prohibited Activities
Section titled “III. Prohibited Activities”3.1 Email Abuse
Section titled “3.1 Email Abuse”- Sending spam, UCE, or UBE to recipients without explicit opt-in consent.
- Harvesting email addresses via scraping, bots, or unauthorized collection.
- Email bombing (overwhelming recipients or systems with message volume).
- Using IX.CM mail servers as unauthorized relays.
3.2 Deceptive Practices
Section titled “3.2 Deceptive Practices”- Forging email headers, sender addresses, or routing information.
- Using misleading subject lines.
- Impersonating legitimate entities in email communications.
3.3 Infrastructure Impact
Section titled “3.3 Infrastructure Impact”- Any activity causing IX.CM IP addresses or ASN to be blacklisted.
- Operating email-sending botnets or compromised systems.
- Excessive sending rates that trigger spam filters or degrade network performance.
IV. Requirements for Legitimate Email Marketing
Section titled “IV. Requirements for Legitimate Email Marketing”If you conduct email marketing using IX.CM infrastructure:
4.1 Consent
Section titled “4.1 Consent”- Explicit opt-in required before adding recipients to lists.
- Maintain records of consent (timestamps, method, source).
- Double opt-in recommended for verification.
4.2 Message Standards
Section titled “4.2 Message Standards”- Accurate sender information in all headers.
- Clear, non-deceptive subject lines.
- Physical postal address in message body.
- Functional unsubscribe mechanism in every message.
- Process opt-out requests within 10 business days.
4.3 Technical Limits
Section titled “4.3 Technical Limits”- Bounce rate must not exceed 5% per campaign.
- Implement rate limiting to avoid filter triggers.
- Immediately remove invalid addresses.
V. Reporting Abuse

Response time: 72 hours from receipt.
VI. Enforcement

6.2 Financial Liability
Section titled “6.2 Financial Liability”If your activity causes IX.CM infrastructure blacklisting:
- Minimum penalty: USD $15 per incident
- Additional charges for:
- Delisting fees
- IP reputation remediation costs
- Administrative overhead
- Legal fees (if applicable)
6.3 No Refunds
Section titled “6.3 No Refunds”Per Section 2.3 of our Terms of Service: violations result in forfeiture of all prepaid fees, setup charges, and account credits.
VII. Third-Party Services
Section titled “VII. Third-Party Services”You remain responsible for compliance when using third-party email services (MailChimp, SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.) with IX.CM hosting.
VIII. Legal Compliance
Section titled “VIII. Legal Compliance”You must comply with anti-spam regulations in recipient jurisdictions:

Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance of policy modifications.
